Refund policy

All online orders placed with Hartsgoed will be delivered to the physical address provided with your order by The Courier Guy or Pudo. Please note that all orders will be occupied during office hours.

What are the costs and how long does the delivery take?

There will be no delivery charged on orders over R1200. All orders below R1200 require an additional R95 delivery fee. Products that are in stock will be sent the day after purchase. Delivery takes 10-12 working days. In the unlikely event that your delivery may take longer, you will be notified.

Delivery for custom or out-of-stock products takes 10–12 working days. Our studio is based on a farm and all products are handmade. Please note that delivery time goes into effect the business day after the order is placed.

Where can I find information about my order?

If you would like to determine the status of your order, please email us at hartsgoed@gmail.com providing your order number. To track your order, you can visit www.thecourierguy.co.za by using the waybill number which will be sent to you.

Can I return a product?

If you wish to return any product that you purchased online at www.hartsgoed.co.za for any reason, you can do so in one of two ways:

  • For self-returns, please bring the product to Courier Guy Kiosk, Donkin Street, Beaufort West, 6970.
  • Please bring your printed invoice along upon return to serve as proof of payment.
  • If you prefer to return your product via courier, please send the product back to our Hartsgoed shop at 1A Verster Street & Pieter Jacobs Avenue, Beaufort West, 6970, together with your invoice, and you will be refunded with the appropriate amount. Courier expenses will be for your own account.
  • Please note that any returns will only be exchange or refunded within 30 days from date of purchase provided that the product is unused and is returned in its original packaging together with a valid invoice.
