Terms of service
Shipping & Delivery:
There will be no delivery charged on orders over R1200. All orders below R1200 require an additional R95 delivery fee. Products that are in stock will be sent the day after purchase. Delivery takes 10-12 working days. In the unlikely event that your delivery may take longer, you will be notified.
Delivery for custom or out-of-stock products takes 10–12 working days. Our studio is based on a farm and all products are handmade. Please note that delivery time goes into effect the business day after the order is placed.
Returns & Replacements?
Any product purchased online at www.hartsgoed.co.za may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase provided that the product is unused and is returned in its original packaging together with a valid invoice. Please view the section dedicated Returns for a detailed description of Hartsgoed’s returns policy for online orders.
Ordering
Hartsgoed only delivers within South Africa. If you need to ship overseas, please email us at hartsgoed@gmail.com to request a custom quote. Free delivery on orders over R1200 within South Africa is offered by Hartsgoed.

Hartsgoed reserves the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale, and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.
Coupons
No coupons may be used to purchase any sale items or gift vouchers online. Only one coupon redeemable per unique email address and or cell phone number. Only 2 coupon resumptions will be allowed per unique physical address. Please contact hartsgoed@gmail.com should you require more information.
